1. Product Standards & Compliance

Our products are manufactured in strict compliance with Indian regulations:

• BIS Standards: Our packaged drinking water conforms to IS 14543:2016 standards set by the Bureau of Indian Standards.
• FSSAI License: We operate under a valid FSSAI license, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Quality Assurance: Every batch undergoes rigorous testing for pH, TDS, and microbiological parameters before dispatch.

2. Ordering & Pricing

• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice due to market fluctuations in raw material costs.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver fresh products promptly.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as water bottles are heavy and perishable goods.
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions).

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we have a strict return policy:

• Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged or leaking bottles, please notify us immediately upon delivery. We will replace the damaged units free of cost.
• Quality Issues: In the unlikely event of quality concerns, please retain the batch number printed on the bottle and contact us within 24 hours.
• Returns are not accepted for change of mind once the order has been dispatched.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Oceanflo and Om Sai Ram Aqua Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services or products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state where our registered office is located.
